looking at the pics, I finally 'get' the idea behind the Trumpet
they take weight off the RHS by removing that side of the swinger ...but thats to balance the weight of the can
top & bottm ones look smart but sorry I know its a hack but the CB is hideous

The CBR corners excellently, and because the engine is so strong it will provide a good base for a decent streetfighter.
A new and lifted subframe will make it look more agressive and totally different

So far, I think that the CBR's facelift is coming along quite well

Few more brackets, link pipes, lick of paint and she should be good to go

The guy that bought the V-Max only wanted the standard pipes, so I'm putting the "re-worked" ones on the CBR
