An evening ride out.

I don't know what your weather is like where you are, but in my neck of the woods it's crap all through the day and beautiful after 4pm. I decided to go for a sedate evening run out to Scarborough. It was a good idea because all the tourist and workers traffic were all heading home away from Scarborough, so all the way there the traffic was very light. I went the usual B roads and was just going through a little village called Weaverthorpe and the old girl clocked up another milestone.

After having a relaxing coffee on the balcony of the Sunset Bar I set off back home. From Scarborough to almost 10 mile from home I didn't come across any traffic going in my direction. The roads where empty, which put a big smile on my face while the old girl lifted her skirt.

i dont go out until after 7pm on weekdays, just to avoid the worst of the traffic.
