Well having not been on here in awhile due to not having a exup, even tho nugget keeps sending me ads for them.
I've found one not far from me, very good condition, 61k on the clock.
Needs carbs doing , front brakes tyres service mot.
Drawback it was last used in 2008, just wondering what hidden demons it's going to have, it does start but very lumpy and when throttle twisted it stalls, thinking exup valve in exhaust will be stuck
I bring bad news. The bike at Leicester has been sold. One owner from new apparently. Karl was going to drive down on Friday with a van. Mike (roadrunner) has been texting the owner and he told Mike he had 5 people interested in it, Karl being the 3rd. As the saying goes first to see will buy and the first bloke did.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
