Could somebody have a look at their mirrors and tell me how many rubber dampers they have?

According to CMSNL there should be 2 but my workshop manual says only 1. They are numbered 24 & 25 ?? They don't show a diagram for the 1000 model so its not clear of how many there should be?

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

If you check the parts diagram file on the main site it shows 2

Is there not one goes between the mirror and the fairing and one between the fairing and the fairing bracket.

I'm bringing this post back up again, so I can check to see if I've got it right. See photo.

Does this rubber go between the fairing and the screen?
