If I can finish welding this Thursday I might get enough of underside of Twincam cleaned to be able to paint it. I can then refit fuel tank and axle. This will let me have access to get the bike out it's bag

Yes I could do that route. Mind you there's a nice sandwich shop in Lincoln for a pit stop before Cadwell.

Rode the Exup down to Hastings, together with 46,799 others. Got a bit crowded but made a change to go there on Mayday Monday instead of Rye (East Sussex)
