If you go for the R1 calipers make sure you use the matching size master too. Might pay you to source the parts from Germany while you're there and the set ups command decent money in the uk

Thanks , I was wondering about the master cylinder .
Problem with Germany is the rules are too strict . When I bought the bike it had a 190 tyre on the back wheel so it failed the TUV . I had to buy new tyres as the have to be oem spec or you have to get a certificate of conformity off the tyre manufacturer . Nightmare .

Well, if it's passed the TUV test you should have some confidence that you haven't bought a wrong 'un.
Standard(ish) condition is always the best way to buy a bike. Then you can do your own mods without having to live with - or correct - someone else's.
You need to get it down the Autobahn before you bring it home.
