Personally I've never needed to take one apart but it's good to know what's inside and I'm sure it'll benefit other folk too

Thanks for taking the time out to do that write up. I have a spare one in the garage so with the weather being like it is I may go and give it an overhaul and then change it over for the one on the bike and do the same to that one. :nod:
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Good job.
I thought the 2 different kinds of servo motor with 2 different block connectors was because the R and RU servos worked differently ie. they worked the opposite way from each other due to the orientation that they were fixed to the bike.
