I'm trying to revive an old project, 3D ignition charts with "TCIP4" ignitor module from Ignitech and for this I needed a TPS sensor.
I've got an YZF750 carb set that comes with TPS fitted on carb #4 and was thinking to transfer all jets from my spare FZR1000 carb set as they were suppose to be different. And different they are... but not the way I thought, the jets off 750 are actually bigger.
Main jets:
122.5/125 (1000) >>> 138 (750)
Starter jet:
57.5 (1000) >>> 60 (750)
Pilot air jet:
125 (1000) >>> 145 (750)
Pilot jet:
45 on both
I may mixed up the names but anyway everything is bigger on 750 compared with 1000.
Also, the valve throttle size is 125 (1000) and 130 (750)...
How comes?
