Yes to both.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Nice job they have done there and for that price it's hardly worth doing it yourself!
I know when I did mine a while back the pistons were a bugger to get out (the seals tend to weld themselves to the pistons).
I bought a tool that grips the inside of the piston and with a bit of force and WD40 got them out (still it was hard work!)

I bought a piston puller that had a slide hammer

Prob was that the largest insert wasn't big enough so I made a custom sized item for the rear caliper

My FJ1200 rear caliper started off looking like this when I first bought the bike

Image

The pistons were quite badly seized in the caliper halves but by using the hydraulic system as a pump I was able to remove both pistons & to clean out the caliper bodies

Image

Somebody else must've attempted to remove the pistons by force as they're damaged

With a bit of work they cleaned up ok

But the caliper half seals needed replacing

But the front calipers had also been mullered

Bikes-they're in the blood.

Dremmel with a fine brass wire wheel is ideal for cleaning out the grooves behind the seals
