I shall be going to Kirkby Lonsdale on weds on my tod.
Roadrunner may or may not be joining me but don't worry Hells Wrinklies we can go another time in the near future. I feel the need for speed and roadrunner does baulk me a bit on the corners.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

You git, you bloody git.
With age comes wisdom.......and senility!!! Who are you again?
Well for those poor sod's that couldn't make it today. You missed out on a cracking ride to Kirkby Lonsdale. Whatever happens this year lads you've got to come on the next ride out. That's been the best ride out for me in a long time. Superb roads and beautiful scenery.
Having a pit stop somewhere near Skipton.
The bacon sarnies were on roadrunner. I think not. Cooked by the lovely chef Carol
Kirkby Lonsdale
We met up with oldskool
We then rode on to Hawes
We got talking to an American couple from Seattle who's come over for the tour de France. One of their bikes had wheel rims made of wood. As you can see Hawes is all trimmed up like a lot of villages we went through for the tour de France.
All in all we've covered about 250 glorious miles today.
Photobucket is playing up a bit and it's taken me an hour to put these few photos on. I'm going to put my feet up now. Chuffing photobucket!!
