full strip down

Post by Archangel »

Well, looking at my bike, I've decided I'm not going to get it ready for the summer. If I do bang it all together, it's going to be half arsed, which wouldn't do the old thing justice.
So I'm going to strip it down to the frame and do it properly. I've brought a dyno labeler, to mark up the loom and will get it done for next year over the summer and winter.I'll post up pics as I'm going :)
To tool around on, I've picked up a mint '98 ZXR9, so should have a bit of a blast this summer .
Current Bike: '87 FZR 1000.The bike I wanted as a teenager, when I'd ragged the tits off various RD's...

no real need for the labeler as once you lay out the loom on the frame it soon becomes fairly evident where things connect up to. Its prob better off taking loads of pictures..especially if its gunna be in bits for a while
