The place to come to share your technical expertise, or just find out what the little springy thing is that's just pinged out of sight under the work-bench.
There is an option on the UK bikes to turn off the lights but I usually ride with them on in daylight anyway
Not had an issue since but then again the bikes hardly moved last year. I did replace the whole connector for the repair

I'll replace the connectors, check headlight load and fingers crossed I won't have the problem again. Scary when you are 3/4 of an hour from home without tools, and impossible to get to the battery! And no insurance if it happened to go up in flames! Not that would help... How would you replace it? Cheers.
