Her indoors thinks i am completely off my rocker! (she is probably right of course). Now then.... I wonder if i could get away with a "Superduke" as well??.

It does look a bit like that i must admit, but mainly, like everyone else on here....i just love bikes.

and despite how it may look, i am not made of money. Just that i am OLD

and no longer have a mortgage or kids to pay for.

thats a nice collection but a bit of a daft question.. Why do u have 2 1000ru's which are virtually identical?? I have 3 bikes myself but they are all different.. Nice MV as well!!

The two FZRs are identical... Exept one has only 2500 miles on it from new.( original owner emigrated and the bike spent many years in storage) 91 J plate and i bought it to save for investment if you like as i think kept how it is it will only go up in value over the next few years.
The other one has 34000 on it and gets used all the time.

I think Steve has about nine bikes in his private collection.
The "Red" bike is awesome to ride...BUT at my age...only for short sharp blasts...It is great to ride but the riding position and seat are real torture. it handles superbly, you feel everything it runs over, including the odd matchstick! spend half my time with the visor open putting me glasses back into place!!. though i don't think i could ever part with it. It is without doubt full of character to say the least and has an abrupt edge to it that is simply not there on a lot of the latest jap bikes. That makes it a bit like an exup then?.

If i were a little bit dishonest of course... maybe i could just tax one of the FZRs and use both.

Not that i would even dream of such a thing you understand.

Very nice collection!

The MV is lovely, awesome bike!

at the cost of a rear wheel nut!!!

I'm riding one of them VFR's at the moment, an 07
