Hmmm, could take some explaining... I'll start with the engine:

39mm Keihin Flatslides
Race Kit Pistons
Kit Ti Rods
Flowed and ported head
Lightened and balanced crank
Kent Cams camshafts (higher lift, longer duration)
13.3:1 Compression ratio!

No starter or alternator
Kit CDI
Race Kit Carbon airbox

(involves cutting through top of rad for scoop, later extended to letterbox nose intake - see pic below)

Full Akrapovic Race Evo system
I think there were a few other kit bits in there too - odds and sods like valve springs and the like. The cooling system was run as total loss to the original header tank, which the crankcase breather also vented into.
Originally bought as a bike share for racing by me and my mate, and started as a pile of bits. The previous owner had done all the tuning courtesy of George White's in Swindon, and told us the engine was freshly rebuilt and good for 130bhp.

We built the bike, took it to our local dyno shop and told them this and they nearly laughed us out of the place.

Imagine the looks on their faces when it made 135bhp at the back wheel.

The 140 run was after a couple of races after it had been run in a bit! Neither run had ram air either...
The rest of it:
Aerotech full carbon wheels (who are now BST/Blackstone Tech - ads in all the mags)
PFM Superbike Brake Kit with Performance Friction pads (unfortunately pic was taken with stock pig-iron wheel fitted. Nice "Not for highway service" Pirelli slick though.

Full set of Goodridge hoses
Brembo levers

Harris billet yokes
Revalved forks
Revalved Ohlins shock
Regina 520 X-Ring chain / Renthal sprockets
Loom stripped down to essential wiring
Scitsu tacho + temp gauge
GSXR1000K1 seat unit
Ally plate "undertray" - only had the battery and CDI on it
All up weight on the start line was a gnat's under 180kg.
The fancy wheels, brakes and levers are now on my mate's Thunderarse

The bike got stock stuff put back on and flogged for something a bit newer and not so highly strung.

Good fun, but definitely not an ideal first race bike - the combination of hydraulic clutch / Brembo lever / grabby EBC race clutch plates / oh-so-easy-to-flood flatslide carbs left me dead last off the line of about my first dozen races!! A good enthusiasts race bike though.
