Her boyfriend said she was, BUT I don't drive into cars with indicators on, I tend to slow down and wait till they've done what they are meant to be doing.
If I have to understand, don't bother to explain.

Either way, she was turning right, so would (theorectically) be indicating right. Presuming as she was turning right into her driveway, her house is on the right, where her b/f also was - therefore, he could see her indicating right, but how could he see her indicate left? He's obviously not superman with x-ray vision that can see through a car cos if he was, he wouldn't have ran! So, she's indicating right - why did she turn left????

Ask her and her gimp those questions - should get them scratching their heads :unibrow: :D

Mark, don't fcuk about with dealing direct (remember wakwak's situation where they changed their minds). as long as insurance is in order then just use them and the legal protection that you pay for. The impact is all up the side so it's obvious she cut across you.
Converted to pedal power. Now skinny as fook.

Bad news , sorry to hear that.
It might be a good idea before you start to repair it to get it to a bike shop and get an estimate done on it for insurance.

Unfortunately with no witnesses it is normally the person who hits the other person who is automatically to blame but good luck sorting it out

I contacted my insurance and they are dealing with it, I even had a whip cash solicitor on the fone this morning on behalve of the insurance, going on about trying to claim for my lid and leathers and all sorts of crap. We'll just have to see what happens I'm not getting my hopes up. :\

Glad to hear you aint too badly bruised, bike don`t look that bad either.
Similar thing happened to my mate a few years back, he got the blame for riding too close, and not paying attention, as previously mentioned, its usually the one who`s behind gets the blame for not looking ahead etc.
Good luck with the outcome though.
Rutz is my friend.
