I was thinking of doing something like this eventually but hoping to keep the majority of the fairing. How do you hide the wiring on the left hand side when you take the fairing off?
Any good pics stevierst of left side please :unibrow:

Tuck them under the tank and airbox then run them between the frame and rad :D
Brakes??? I thought thats what pedestrians were for!

Well here goes.

Image You can just see the cables route either side of the headstock going under the tank.
ImageAnd the right hand side.

I got some Bike It bars with a 30 mil rise and tilted the bars forward so that I'm comfy and it also drops some weight over the front :nod: throttle still rolls ok even on full lock

Yeah, i can get away with my cables as they are, but i fitted full size MotoX bars 'cos of my gibbon like arms :paranoid: . The cables could be better routed if they were longer though.

You can either go to Venhill or order them from here www.streetfighterstore.com I might still get longer ones I'll see how I ghet on with the standard ones for now though

did you have any problems with your throttle cables mine run simliar to yours but my revs drop ok till they get to 2 grand then drop really slow

Have you ever lubed your cables they could be running dry of years of use maybe its time to change them for new ones..,if you do change them get hold of the lads at Streetfighter Store they sell the longer cables :nod:

don't bother replacing the cables....way too much money

get one of these....does them all (bit fiddly and messy...... but worth it) :D
