Grunt
Grunt
A picture of 'Grunt', my old FZ race bike. He's been a race bike pretty well all his 17 years. Now semi-retired I'm not sure if I'll use him again. Had some good times, Grunt and I. How the scrutineers hated him.

Some more pics (hopefully)
Snetterton, May 2004; obviously more comfortable than he looks. Always ran the bike un-faired so when the oil containment regs came out a suitable catch tank was fitted under a tray beneath the sump.

The scruts hated Grunt - unfaired and scruffy. despite the oil containment tank exceeding the spec in the regs they always tried to find a way of failing it.

Earlystocks
According to the link below it is an Earlystock. After he got too old for racing in the modern classes he had a short rest. Then he was out again in the 'Modern Classics' class here in the Island. He did get the odd outing across the water though.
