Im waiting on some o-rings to final install all the engine cooling/intake stuff so finish sanded the rear rim today. Other projects are taking up my time while i wait on parts. I'll probably do the front tomorrow and figure out a paint station. Already have self etching primer and a shade of gray that is likely lighter than stock. I might do a spare set or rims in black and polish the areas that are machined.

Got there and left. Medical machining and then machine repair payed better. Ever see a 10 axis swiss lathe make a part in 10 seconds? That stuff fascinated me.

Still waiting on seals to finish the engine. Finally got the wheels painted, definitely lighter than stock and similar to some modern yamahas. I think it will look good. These wheels i painted were off the 91, and the outer rear spacers and seals are different that a 90's. The seals are smaller id, and the spacers have been machined down to the new id and to loose some weight. Axle shaft is the same though. Not visible is the new sprocket from https://pjsparts4u.com/ , if your in america he's the only way to go for any bike you have.
