I took myself off for a ride to Lincoln this morning. I've only been once this year, and the only reason for that is, the roads are boringly straight. From Snaith on the A645, A614 Thorne, Finningley and Bawtry. A631 to Everton, Beckingham and Gainsborough. A156 to Lea, Torksey Lock and Fenton. A57 to Saxilby, Burton Waters and then into Lincoln.
Stig, Rdgravy, Roadrunner and myself often met up at a sandwich shop called Fodders. Fodders has now closed, and it is now a Greek cafe called Greek 2 Me. I gave it a try today and it brought back a few food memories. I ordered a Spanakopita (spinach pie) and it was very tasty indeed and washed down with a lovely coffee.
After lunch I set off for the International Bomber Centre at Canwick Hill. This is an amazing place to visit. With my father being in the RAF. I thought I'd pay it a visit.
Here's a few photos....

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
