left the a/b roads and had a bimble down country lanes today. came across a pretty little village called Wherewell, somewhere near Andover.
there are so many hidden gems off the beaten track, just waiting to be discovered. one of the joys of motorcycling in the UK.
riding the country lanes.
riding the country lanes.

i did feel a bit guilty enjoying all your posts and not contributing myself Nuggit.
in truth i find the Thunderace to be too heavy and slow turning to be able to really enjoy the country lanes. the bike feels far more at home at 50+ mph speeds to me.
i think i may downsize to something a bit more nimble next year.
