Park/Pass Lamp Bulb Holder

Post by kboehringer »

FZR Friends,
I'm attempting to convert my US version FZR to the EU/UK version with the park/pass lamp and proper lighting controls and harness. Unfortunately, I am missing one piece......

Anyone got one of these in the spares bin?

I can make it work by "Hacking" the UK harness I purchased and adding a SIMILAR US version lampholder, but I would rather not....

Please let me know if you have one. All expenses covered ++ a bit for your trouble.

Sincerely,

You're in luck Kurty boy and it comes with a bulb.

I can't get it in the post today, but I will tomorrow.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Hey guys, Peachtree City GA looks like a nice place.
Why don't we go and visit Kurt and take some parts?
Fly into Atlanta on a cheapo.

OK, just a thought.
Keep on keepin' on.

Teego/Chris (?) and All Other FZR Guys,
There is a standing offer to any member of this site to do just that!!!!
Just get to ATL (Atlanta) and I will handle the rest!

I have more than enough motorcycles and three empty bedrooms (kids are long gone). Take your pick of the 10+ bikes I have in my collection including the 1992 FZR as you may be most familiar with that one.

Given a small bit of notice, I could make arrangements with The Iron Horse Motorcycle Lodge to stay in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina (about 200 miles away). This area is absolutely the FINEST MOTORCYCLE RIDING AREA ON THE EASTERN SEABOARD OF THE USA.

You will likely have a hard time finding a good cup of Tea and the Beer may not be of the caliber you are use to. Otherwise the only issue will be remembering to ride on the RIGHT side of the road!

VERY Sincerely,
Kurt & Nancy Boehringer
