brakes are giving me fits

Hi All, simple one first .
#1 i need to replace the micro switch in the front brake lever assembly.
where do i get one from.

#2 and i rebuilt the rear master cylinder now i have a hard pedal but almost zero movement ,its like a one way valve is not letting the fluid return.
i put the new seals in as the old ones came out .
the one on top of the spring has a dimple so its in correct for sure .
anyone have a pic of the valve with the seal fitted correctly.

In answer to you first question. I've had one of these fitted to my bike for the last year and it's still working fine.

BRAKE SWITCH

Be careful not to overtighten the fixing screw.

i will chase one down.

and on the second issue on closer inspection i see a tiny hole in the supply side that i suspect is the return circuit to bleed back the fluid.
i have poked a wire bristle through to make sure its clear.

You could give it all a good spray with brake cleaner just to make sure there's no crap blocking the holes.

micro switches are old hat even when i was mech many yeats ago we we replacing them with banjo brake switches much more reliable i gess if you are into totaly original then micro switch it otherwise hydro switches way for ward
