Sand blast valve, pulley and cast face plate. Tap out all threads in housing and cover plate, replace bolts with stainless Allen sockets apart from pulley bolt. True valve between centres in lathe and polish shaft ends when completed. Ream cast face plate hole to OEM size to remove carbon and rust deposits. Reassemble all with Nucular grade grease
Housing gets cleaned up and painted with VHT black paint, pipes are sanded then polished up if condition allows. In the past I've also repaired or even renewed the stub take off pipe when they're either rotted away or damages. They're only mild steel so I buy exhaust reducer sections and mod them to fit
