Hi Folks. I was on Facebook (No laughin) a day back and I follow MCN on there. They made a video While they were testing the V4 Ducati they decided to pit RU with R1 to see how far bikes have come. They are doing it for an article. May be this week/next. They didn't slate the RU they were fairly impressed.
I'll be looking out for the right up.

According to PB the Pani V4 is top of the pile - a game changer. Like the BMW S1KRR was when it arrived on the scene (though it was basically a well developed GSXR 1000 K5.)
I still have magazines with FZR Genesis, Exup R, Exup RU and R1 first tests. They were all game changers at the time.
The R1 was the changer which put the Fartblood in its place.
So while comparisons are interesting, it's a 32 year chain of hero bikes.
And I had a 1986 Gennie. AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH the years, the years.............
