No Fuel Pump or Exup Servo ???

The place to come to share your technical expertise, or just find out what the little springy thing is that's just pinged out of sight under the work-bench.

Disconnected all the loom connections, cleaned, and re-connected.

It does sound like there's a loose wire misbehaving somewhere in there. Bit of a poser this one. Keep the faith Mat. :nod:

If you have a spare loom then unplug the existing and lay the replacement loose along the bike. As long as everything's plugged in there's no need to feed it thro everywhere like when it's properly installed. Sounds obvious but saves a lot of grief

EPIC DAY !!!!!
Had to make 1 good exhaust and exup valve from 2 sets of exhausts.
Went very well, ready to go back on once the correct manifold gaskets arrive.
Had to also swap over an exup cable (nightmare)
And............................
Wiring issues sorted !!!!!
swapped over wiring loom, yet another fuel pump, 2 relays swapped again, everything now working 🤗

Glad to hear its sorted Mat. It took a bit of time to get to the bottom of it but you got there on the end. :thumbsup:

What is the correct routing for the section of wiring loom that has the Reserve Switch & Left Switch Gear etc ??
Under the Coil Plate ???

The wire routing is in the manual in the tech section for your model 👍

You're in luck today with this photo as we've (roadrunner) been repairing my top half fairing after that suicidal rabbit had me off the bike a couple of years ago. The fairing is now at the sprayers and I can pick it up next Monday.

I hope these photos help Mat?
