OK, so the servo and fuel pump should start with the ignition on, the kill switch set to run and the gears in neutral. Your problem suggests it's not a servo or pump problem but something upstream that is common to both.
On these settings you should also see the oil level light come on when you press the starter. Does this happen?
Does the starter engage and turn the engine?
Do lights, indicators etc work as they should?
What is the condition of the battery?
If we can work our way thru this we should find the problem.
Keep on keepin' on.

I have no Clocks connected as yet.
Starter Motor spins engine over ok, was using jump leads.
Will be fitting the clocks tomorrow (sunday) so can check on the oil light.

Don't know about the easyouts. Logic suggests forcing a taper into a fixed hole the expand something that's already stuck tight isn't a way to go
I find a sharp tap with a hammer to jolt the bond usually let's it move, but that's only if there's enough key to get it to grip

Its just a thought. Have you looked in the handlebar switch? Could be something loose or coroded in there.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Another update;
Still no joy here.
I have lights now, high & low beam, horn.
No indicators, fuel pump or exup servo, also, no spark.
Swapped another CDI, Coils, re-connected every connector, checked fuses again - all ok, swapped indicator relay
Petrol + match is now high on the agenda

Exup servo doesn't move when powered. You have to rotate the servo pulley with ignition off. It will reset to centre if it's working correctly
Does the starter turn? Try bridging the relay contacts with a screwdriver to see if starter spins over
Is there power out the back of the fuse box to the indicator switch and does it reach the switch?

I'm just back tracking a bit here. What did you do to get the lights and horn working?
