exup valve cover needed.

Post by andy88 »

Have all...i am in need of an exup valve cover.
I have just purchased a 1992 ru exup which had the valve removed.
I've just replaced headers along with a now fully greased and operational exup valve :unibrow:

The only part i am missing now is the valve cover itself,
Would anyone on here or a friends friend have a spare, dented scratched etc valve cover up for grabs?????

Cash and postage of course..
Thanks....

Andy.

I think some of the older R1 covers are the same. Maybe some of the newer ones too. There are far more of them about which makes them far cheaper than an Exup cover. You'll just have to match the correct one.

Dave, you're right. Both R1 and Fazer covers, pulley wheels, main face plates and cable holders will all fit as long as they LOOK the same as the Exup ones. Even the R1 valve will fit if the far end of the shaft is shortened

Nice one Dave.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
