I had an encounter with a suicidal rabbitt coming home from the Seaways cafe. It went under the front wheel causing the handlebars to go to the left. I and the bike ended up on the grass verge. I was trying to pick the bike up by myself single handed, because there wasn't anybody about, and I've popped a disc in the lower back. Heavy bloody things aren't they?

Here's a couple of photos of the damage.

Luckily I have a spare tophalf fairing and a side panel up in the loft. When I can bend properly I'll swap them over and get them fixed up by my good friend Mike. (roadrunner) I'm glad I bought him all those teas last year. It's pay back time now.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

That was Karl. He can't handle that big bike of his. It's far to powerful for him, that's the reason why he sold the exup, because he found it a bit to scary.

That's the annoying thing Dave. The bloody thing disappeared. If I'd have gone in the car I would've got it for sure.

B****y wildlife on roads! Hope your back heals soon and at least the bike is not too badly damaged - at least it is repairable.
