Good luck with a sprocket change... Looks like next one will be held on the same way or else someone's gunna be stripping the gearbox to install a new main output shaft coz I doubt the threads will be accessible enough to repair

When I got my EXUP many moons ago the front sprocket was welded on in the same way, until i got it sorted i had to grind off the old weld and weld on the new sprocket, all good fun!
