Have you ever had to do a full blown sneeze with a mouthfull of chewed muesli in your mouth? 
Well I have and I've just finished wiping down the fridge, freezer, washer, cupboards, worktops and chairs. I did put my hand in front of my mouth but that made it worse because it ricocheted off the palm of my hand. I was covered in the bloody stuff.
Make a note to oneself..... Eat smaller spoons full in future.
