Exup streetfighter build
Bought another RU for a streetfighter project here is the progress so far.
unfortunately lost all my before pictures, stripped bike cleaned de-greased and re painted engine and polished frame and sw/arm here is a pic with the engine back in
The exhaust had a huge hole in it and the exup valve was seized so welded it up and sorted the valve and painted black, the colour scheme is going to be black, polished alloy and purple bodywork
Got both wheels stripped and polished which took a full day on each wheel as they were in a right mess
Front before
And wheels after
The paint for the bodywork should be here by the weekend so will post some pics when i have resprayed it

Bit more progress made this week got some bars i like and fitted and sorted cable routing, wiring etc, fitted some headlight brackets tho may change those as i think a pair of triumph street triple lights might suit it. got the tank and front mudguard painted just waiting on more lacquer to arrive.
ordered a set of Koso clocks for it these ones
http://www.digital-speedos.co.uk/rx2-mu ... en-2-p.asp
getting to the point where there is not much more i can do until i find a new set of forks or a L/H fork or a L/H fork bottom.
will post some more pics when the clocks arrive and have fitted them
cheers for looking and of course any comments good or bad always welcome

looks like you've done a really good job with lots of attention to detail.
.....but i'm not sure about the twin headlights they seeem a bit out of balance to the chunky tail peice, found a pic of one on google with a single headlight -
don't get me wrong you've done a top job and the paint looks lovely.
