Stripped some carbs from FZR1000 EXUP (believed to be RU model) and came across these needles
Are they factory pro items as all the ones I've ever dealt with from std carbs have been tapered and not parallel like the one in the image below

I think they are dyno jet needles. I'm sure the factory pro one's are tapered like the standard type.

Looks like Dynojet needle s to me.
1992 RU midnight blue, Wiseco 1070, 6 speed, r1 calipers, ducati discs , 157 bhp crank, Ohlins shock

You may be right. I found a spacer washer under the needle clip to give a half notch. I believe this is something used in the Dynojet sets.....
