The time came for me to replace the tyres on the R1, went for Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2's, had them fitted to my spare set of wheels. IMO the white looks smarter than the black ones :)

Nice! Agree about the white rims, but they are a bugger to keep clean!

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

You don't know a pain until you have those fluted Honda wheels to keep clean! My '30 used to take at least half an hour each end!

I recon white wheels look mega and if they're cleaned regular they stay good for ages. Its really no hardship to wash them after a ride out (which is at least twice a year including MOT trip) :D :paranoid: :paranoid:
