Little more progress. Got bolts so started bodging the plastics on. Re-fitted the brake lever, clutch, throttle etc. Throttle's really stiff so need to sort that out. Chris is sorting me out with rubbers so I just need a headlight wiring loom and I'm on my way.

Is that paint and hardner vs pre-mixed stuff?

Just 2 guys I know from when I ran a pub.
You know the A1/A63, as you come off the A1 to go to Sherburn there's a pub on your left, me and worr lass ran it for a year or so. Met a few decent bikers who were coppers in their spare time. They generally keep me up to date if it's owt important.

According to the lads they're only clamping down on fonts and plates that can't be read from the required distance. Smaller plates are apparently OK.

Got the swingarm back on eventually, only snapped one bleed nipple on the rear brake :unibrow:
Now I just need a bunch of bolts for the clocks, headlight, fairing and probably a few others. I need the front wiring loom as I've nothing to connect the headlight to and I need to bend ...

Anyone know a decent clear coat to use over acrylic? I've got to use acrylic so need a CC that wil suit

That looks smart! Doesn't look like you need mirrors.
Also:
Check the rear brake torque arm is secure and that fasteners are secured by self-locking nuts or castellated nuts with split-pins or R-clips

I think I'm sorted. Got the main idea and I'm already playing with my "special" paint

Stripped the swingarm, mostly.
The fairings (cheers Bri) and exhaust have arrived too \o/!! I'm so excited I did a little sex-wee.
Hopefully she'll be together by Sunday, then I can whip the fairings off for paint again next week.

It will look OK so long as you give it a decent clear coat after the metallic. I did that to my NSR back in the day and it looked sweet.

And now she's even nakedrerer.
