Exup 1000

Remember coming round yours to buy an engine and loads of other bits and that Exup was one mint bike

I know it will soon come round....my sons passed his test now and we went for some really good rideouts this summer but I was on my old fireblade and didn't get the R1 till the end of summer/autumn. Really looking forward to spring now

Just bought this recently....fantastic bike ,,,just wish it was summer again!!

Just got home from work mate....so not had a chance to get out on it.Did go to work on the bike though but its only 2 miles away!!

Got the bike tonight mate and despite it pissing with rain and a howling wind on the way home i'm still grinning like a right twat

I've had a real good look over the bike and its like new couldn't find a scratch on it and the engine although high miles sounds fantastic plus its got full service history,loads of receipts and every mot from new...can get it for 1800 which i think is a great price.

Just wanted some info on what ...

Yours looks real smart mate ...the bloke would let me test ride if i had insurance but i aint insuring it just for a test ride!

What are these R1's like...iv'e had the R6 but theres an old guy near me selling a 2000 w reg one and i'm very tempted

Got the bike home and i am soooo pleased i chose the Ace....apart from what i described in my other post it is also datatagged and has a datatool alarm.

Even though there is no exup valve in the stainless downpipes it has been set up to allow for this and i'm glad to say it pulls like a bloody ...
