I too synchronised mine with the Carbtune kit. Getting the nozzle fitted into cyl 3 was a PITA I would worry about leaving them in-situ, as they are only designed to be installed finger tight. as I have the carbs in bits, is standard jetting the optimal set-up for a stock bike in the UK ? just to update this thread, I stripped the carbs and as Stig suggested, pilot jets blocked solid I've managed to strip everything down, but could not get the pilot air jets out, was worried about breaking the tangs, they are pretty tight Any hints/tips for removal, I've sprayed some lube in there an...
