yep all parts kept in order i even thought i fixed it today with a new float pin and float tested on the bike today without firing up all fine !!!!
so i thought plugged everything back on started up then whey hey 60 sec later fuel pissing out of number 3/4 overflow tube again guess some more head ...

you can use clear vinyl sticky and teflon spray over that for stone chip protection we use it at work for the F1 stuff in production, ermmm no boss i didnt try it out

yes i had today off and decided to finish off building the carbs with new float needles /gaskets after a 2 week strip n sonic clean , i had flooding in no3 before .. now ive had them on and off 4 times cause its moved to no 4 and the batterys flat well that will teach me to have the bank holiday off ...

looks very tidy how did you get the casings so clean ??? i have got bits of my 250 in boxes and a whole spare on minus the engine must stop buying projects and work on it

i will have a look in my sets sure i have a full body sey cud even be complete

need to pick your brains guys anyone know the bolt spacing for the r1/6 rear caliper bluespot
on the spare swingarm for my 87 1000 fzr the original caliper / bracket has spacing holes of 84 mm was under the idea that to go with the fronts i just got rear would be good
faffin about making bracket ...

and before you say it yes there foggy cause it was -3 when i wheeled it away on delivery lol so the camera had ice on the lens

how soon do you need to know stig as i havent even looked at the carbs yet and i think they have been tinkered with by psp engineering in the 90's

not my one but looks something like that just unloved by the 1 previous owner so hope to get it back too a proper loctite replica as it should be ontop of full restore my 250rr so if i start asking dumb questions here can i get a dble dose of them tablets lol

im not new to fzr's but just received a nice pre exup 1000 in loctite colours with a few bits need doing hopefully get some tips / help
