Plug leads
Hi All
I want to replace the HT leads , they look as though they've already been shortened an the plug cap doesn't screw in very well but there's not enough length to cut any more off. Do the leads screw onto the coils or are they molded on ??
Cheers

Wanted complete carb set for 1990 FZR1000
Getting fed up stripping my carb set down, putting back together (must be 100 times by now) and still not working properly. If you have a set of carbs which you know are in good working order, please give me a shout.

Carb diaphram
Cheers Nugget. It should close at the same speed, but it doesn't. That's the problem.

Just put some new needles in but now one of the slides takes twice as long to close as the others. The rubber looks in good condition but no matter how many times I put it back together, same thing, would it work as it should if it's on a running bike. Any thoughts ? While were on the subject ...

Paint code
Not sure what the code is, but it's called silky white. RS paint supplies have it, bloody expensive.

Is this normal
Thanks for the replies fella's
Took the bike for another run this morning, when I got home I turned the motor off, everything was normal but as the bike sat with the engine off the frame started to heat up again. See's like the engine heat is dissipating through the chassis.

Just finished putting the bike back together , nice newly painted plastics etc, took it for a rest ride, only a few miles then back home and ran in the garage for a few minutes to make some tweeks. The whole area around the front of the bike was bleedin hot to touch, even the frame and the air inlet...

Plastic repair
Used a product called Plastex to make new lugs for this seat cowl, stuff is awesome. Pictures are not very good but the lugs are solid. Also repaired a badly damaged headlight fairing. Check out the video on their website http://s628.photobucket.com/user/vigevar/media/IMG_0780_zpsunjxpvyp.jpg.html h...
