The oil cooler on a 92 model is behind the oil filter,it is water cooled, you should see some pipes going to it, the oil filter screws onto the cooler asm

Unusual not to have the bore size, it will be underneath the cast housing it at the back, not on the plastic.

Have you looked on the body of the reservoir? In most cases the bore size is cast in the housing.

If you have a cable driven speedo then any speedo for a Japanese bike should work except for some 70s Hondas as they all use the same ratio.

A couple of weeks a go there were a few for sale, including a new one. Just keep looking as sometimes they do come up at a sensible price.

An original exhaust is a 4-1 which will give a better top end at the expense of the midrange, sandy bike exhausts are 4-2-1 which give a boost to the midrange but a slight loss at the top end, the oe exhaust has the exup to give that midrange back.

Have a look also at your front wheel bearings, I had a brake judder on a FJ1200 and that was because of a knackered wheel bearing in the front wheel.

I have stick coils on my fazer 1000, I can't compare properly to the originals as one of my coils had a corroded pin which caused a misfire at low revs, since fitting the stick coils the misfire has gone but other than that everything feels the same.
