I sold my Exup :crybaby: and only have two Honda VFR 800 Fi's and a Honda CB 500 for commuting. Now before I get banished for ever, my next dream is a Yamaha XJR1300 so still half a Yamaha man. I enjoy this site for it camaraderie, friendship and the medication as passed out by Stig on a daily basis...

Not too sure how to do this, a little point in the right direction would help. Like as in step-by-step directions, you after all are talking to a :retard: as regards this new fangled technology.

Once I learn how it is done I will oblige you.

Those will be connected to the switch that senses if the clutch is released or pulled in. If I remember correctly (mine was disconnected and the wiping cut off to the loom by the previous idiot/owner) it stop the bike from starting while in gear (other than neutral) without the clutch pulled in.

Very interesting links, Nuggit. Makes a person think - I was going to vote to stay in but learned friends said they were voting out and outlined the reasons why. I thought about what they said and it made sense, so I was seriously thinking about voting out and these links just convinced me to.

I back Stig up on the blocked drain holes, the symptoms are the same as mine after a heavy rain - but once it was well warmed up and the rain evaporated it came right so might not be this.

I had the issue of my fluid all disappearing one night as I arrived at College for evening classes. Eventually got it home - pushing an Exup up a big steep hill is not an experience I wish to repeat. I changed the slave cylinder seals with genuine seals from Fowlers as I had replaced the brake line ...
