You can use zx7r clutch and brake.

As its broken anyway why not give it a try, you can get plexiglas on ebay and cut it to shape very easy. I don't suppose the glass will just come out to be replaced I would guess its bonded in but I would think with a bit of work (dremmel) it would come out neatly and silicon back in. A job I have l...

As andy88 and markg said keep the valve Good write up andy88 You can heat the back of exhaust (valve) to cherry red It will come out with a bit of persuasion but will be worth the effort. You can get a high temp grease for the valve. Cant remember the name of it but I'm sure someone on here will tell you.

Noise
Take a long extension bar put one end on engine and cup other end in hand and hold to ear.
It will magnify any noise and might help locate it.

Can someone see if their bike will turn over with the ignitor unit disconnected please.
Its just 2 sockets
Mine still wont turn over and need to know if the ignitor could be at fault.
