Get yourself a Hummer, were guaranteed no bad weather then
You got to have the right tyres, road tyres for road and all terrain or mud tyres for off road. My two old sheds both have mud tyres on, mud tyres work as well, in deep snow as in mud.

Used michelin X for everything on my landy. never got it stuck, a bit dodgy handling on the black top though
