I'm same monkey but at those prices to convert from speedo drive I'll just use a 5 unit abacus(beads on a horizontal wire for you younger peeps)

thankfully I should have my bike soon so I can do more interesting and useful surfing when the weather is bad

DG8 fitted yesterday. The plug & play version really is a piece of piss to fit: remove screen, unplug loom from back of clocks. Plug connector into new loom section & connect that to the clocks. Replace screen
Teach DG8 number of gears & the ratios. This took about 2 miuntes!
Didn't get to test ride it due to monsoon conditions yesterday

When i fitted mine (not plug & play) i had to calibrate the gears.Took me including fitting about 20mins
