Newby - 1000 Exup project

Post by Trikeopath »

Got given this Exup a couple of years ago from a house clearance.
Had it in storage for ages then pulled it out last year for a closer look.
I'll put some more info in the workshop section if this image link works.

Welcome

Nice gift you have there
It's a 89/90 R model. Looks like someone's spent some time on it with the polishing and rear subframe alteration

What's the plan?

Yeah, 89ish. I had a 91 RU about 10 years ago and built a Tigcraft special for my ex boss, so I know them a little. I've been messing with it in between other builds for about 8 months or so, just putting odd evenings in on it.
I've added a thread to the workshop section. Hoping to have a final run at finishing it before I get distracted again.

Welcome to the forum. The only gifts I usually get are a pair of piggin socks. Some blokes have all the luck.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
