Request to upgrade may be down to the amount of data you have in your account

Sadly imageshack integrated into the forum no longer works on a generic basis but you can still use it via a personal account

I see that option as a pop up when I first go to the photobucket page, offering an additional 100GB however I am only 28% through my allowance so after I close the pop up there is no further interference?

I too have only used a minimum amount of my allowance. Photobucket has always had advertising whilst I've used it although they are a serious pain in the r's for pop ups when i try to access it via PC or safari on iPhone. If I use iPhone app they're not an issue

Another trick is to open a second account with alt email. This is something I've done for the admin provion on this forum. Instead of using my own personal allowance
