Such a shame for all the local businesses as a lot of bikers will now avoid stopping out of principle
An idea would be for any bikers that do park and pay to leave half car spaces between bikes. That way no cars will have room to park and so the idea will prevent the scheme creating additional funding

Now bikes park nose in so you fit 4 in a car space.
So if you are going to pay you parallel park.
That way 3 bikes take up 2 car spaces.
The whole idea is a crock o'shite.
