EXUP rear swinger and wheel into a FZR1000 Genesis

Post by Billy Balthorpe »

Has anyone done this? Ive seen an FZR1000 Genesis advertised with this mod done plus some blue spots fitted and I was thinking about buying it and fitting the rear end to my standard (18") rear wheel FZR Genesis. My real question is, does the frame have to be modified to accept the EXUP rear swinger. My Genesis is lovely and I want to be able to return it to standard when I sell it for millions of pounds in about 10 - 15 years time. Something I couldn't do if the frame has been messed with.

Has anyone got any info about this they want to share???

FZTED did the conversion
He don't hang around too often but expect he'll advise on his mods if you try PM'ing him
