fzr 1000 r rear caliper bluespot swap ?

Post by Lowiefzr »

need to pick your brains guys anyone know the bolt spacing for the r1/6 rear caliper bluespot
on the spare swingarm for my 87 1000 fzr the original caliper / bracket has spacing holes of 84 mm was under the idea that to go with the fronts i just got rear would be good
faffin about making bracket or torque arm can get done at work but if will bolt up unhindered would be better lol

One of the problems you will encounter with this is the blue spot caliper is underslung and the original is above the disc.
This means a new mounting point would need to be made under the swingarm to connect to the caliper.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
