Tech7 soft panniers

Nice and cheap from M&P, they are basic but do the job.

Throw over soft panniers, for when a rucksack wont do.....

NOT waterproof at all and the waterproof covers tear in the slipstream as you ride so not much use.

But as a basic set of panniers for getting to and from work they are ok and expand to take quite a large laptop and waterproofs.

Just line them with bin bags for winter....or summer in the UK.

I would rate them as a 7 out of 10.
