I had another trip to Jons on Friday and we sorted a good deal on all the rest of the parts i needed....top bloke is that Jon :nod: :nod: ..even got a nice cuppa this time :lol: :lol:

Will defo have some dogbones off ya stig mate...saw some u did for Jon and they look awesome....will have to be in a few weeks when i've freed up some cash though :D

Al, what length you wanting coz I'll be ordering the next batch of ten pairs at the end of the week and could do with knowing numbers of which size I need :)

Not 100% sure yet but it will be either 155's or 157's..does the 2mm make much difference to ride height?

doing 155 & 158's now

each 1mm shorter on the bone raises the rear 5mm...so 15mil between the two

Been down in the garage this morning to fit the blue spots i had of dave59....they were off a thunderace and needed some modding to the forks to get em to fit :nod:

as u can see the bleed nipple fowls the fork leg slightly,so out with the dremel to do a bit of shaving :D :D

..and as u can see it isn't even noticable from the outside :D :D

wonder if i will finish the fighter before you finish yours

the race is now on mate , but dont forget to double
check every nut n bolt are done up to spec mate
dont want the bike falling apart on you , do we ..... :nod:

U'll probably finish your's first mate....still need a few things :D ....and talking about nuts and bolts,iv'e just ordered some more as i was runnin a bit short and have used a few old ones,so will have to swap em when new ones come :lol:

Couldn't agree more about double checking all the bolts...even though,summat will probably fall off :lol: :lol:

i hope !!! just silly little bits to be done but then i
have the sh** job of checking everything again
just to be sure ive done everything right.

well she in doors is telling me that they wont be getting taken
until we have been away for the weekend , see her , the bike is
now finished and raring to be battered down the m1 to the ace
